Arab Real Estate Villas

An exterior design for residential villas that draws on the vocabulary of Arabian architecture and restates it in a calm, contemporary language. Pale cream stone cladding is punctuated by pointed arches framing the entrances and windows, while bronze-toned geometric lattice panels lend the massing a measured rhythm. An ornamental cornice and crenellated parapet crown the upper floor, and warm evening light deepens the openings and details. The boundary wall, ornate gate and garage share the same treatment, set among palms and greenery. SKETCH delivered the architectural exterior design.
