Nasser Building – Tahlia Street

On Tahlia Street, a commercial and administrative building pairs a contemporary exterior with palatial classic interiors. An LED media screen wraps the upper floors above glazed retail frontages and a landscaped forecourt. Inside, grandeur takes over: gilded coffered ceilings, crystal chandeliers, marble floors with inlaid medallions and gilt-panelled walls. An executive office in burgundy velvet and walnut is joined by a reception lounge in teal velvet, with an oval reception desk, a console and gilt mirror, and a wall of blue-and-white porcelain, conceived by SKETCH as one integrated design.
