Awatef Abulhasan Building

An architectural design for a serviced-apartment building whose street frontage follows a steady rhythm of four soaring arched bays, each filled with geometric mashrabiya screens that reinterpret Hijazi tradition in a contemporary idiom. Warm cream stone cladding is crowned by timber-toned cornices with finely worked ornament, while a continuous wooden canopy shades the ground-floor retail frontage, lit by warm wall sconces. Captured at dusk, the render plays light against shadow to present the building as an elegant landmark on the street.
